Hey Everyone,
I know this is a crazy time of year with the end of the semester and finals. But don't forget to register for Y'All 2009 by Friday December 12th. There seems to have been a little confusion about how to register so I hope this helps:
Step 1: Go to www.carolinascki.org to print your registration form, medical form, and code of conduct form. Also, check out more information about the conference including the design for the optional t-shirt.
Step 2: Fill out all three forms. If you want the optional t-shirt make sure to circle your size. Write a check made out to Carolinas District Circle K for $80 for registration or $90 if you are purchasing a t-shirt. If you wish to pay by credit card, make sure to include your credit card information on the registration form.
Step 3: Send your registration form, check, code of conduct, and medical form to:

If you are paying with a credit card, you may e-mail your forms to carolinasconcon@gmail.com.
Step 4: Reserve your hotel room. You are responsible for finding 3 same-sex roommates. One of you must contact the hotel and book a room by calling (800) 290-4004 and identify yourself with Y’all Conference no later than December 16, 2008. They will ask for a credit card number, but this card will not be billed. The bill can be spilt four ways among roommates at check out. If you and your roommates are not traveling together, make sure to include all four names on the registration.
Step 5: Make any travel arrangements necessary.
Step 6: Prepare to have a great time at Y’All!

The Y'all Conference is mainly a social conference held each Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend in January. This conference was created by the Alabama, Georgia, and Carolinas districts so the conference usually rotates among these districts. Normally, the Y'all Conference features some team-building exercises and offers many opportunities for fellowship. Circle K members from all over the Southeast and other parts of the US come together and have fun as only Circle K'ers can! This is certainly a conference that you don't want to miss.
