This training is open to officers and general members who would like to learn what the responsibilities of holding an office involve. It is in the best interest of the individual member, the club, and the district to have at least ALL club officers attend.

Hotel: Medical Center Inn $79 plus tax per night (~$20 / person if 4 in a room). Hotel is close to the building.

Leadership
Development Conference is usually held in late April and is the first
conference of the new administrative year after club and district
officersare elected. This conference is designed to educate
and
train officers in their positions and help them to develop their
leadership skills. General members who are interested in
taking
on a leadership role in the future or just want to improve their
leadership skills are encouraged to attend this conference.
LDC
is also an opportunity for members to meet the District Board and learn
about their goals for the year. LDC normally consists of
officer
educational and training workshops and service workshops.
